The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, user_id. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

The Application may store a normalized record of how you heard about JoySpot, such as App Store, Google Play, Google Search, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, a friend or family member, other, unsure, or not provided. This record may also state whether TikTok was detected from an allowlisted Google Play install referrer or an installed-app campaign link, or whether the source was self-reported, together with the time it was recorded. JoySpot does not retain the raw install-referrer string, campaign query payload, advertising identifier, device fingerprint, or a free-text acquisition answer.

On iOS, App Store campaign information is used for aggregate reporting and does not provide deterministic user-level attribution after a new installation. New iOS users will normally be attributed from the optional onboarding answer unless they open an installed-app campaign link.

For subscription operations and affiliate-reward reconciliation, JoySpot receives events from RevenueCat and retains only normalized accounting fields: a unique event identifier, an internal or temporary pseudonymous customer identifier, event kind, transaction identifier when available, accounting time, and estimated net proceeds in USD when calculable. These estimates use RevenueCat's tax and store-commission information. JoySpot does not retain the complete webhook body, subscriber attributes, customer alias list, product metadata, or purchased-currency details in this accounting ledger.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at joyspot.app@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

If an account is deleted, JoySpot may retain the normalized acquisition fields and pseudonymous subscription accounting records described above where reasonably necessary for financial reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or applicable accounting and legal obligations. These retained records are separated from the active account and do not include the raw campaign or webhook payload.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

JoySpot may process account identifiers, IP addresses, device and application information, and request or activity logs to secure the service, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized automation or scraping, enforce applicable usage rules, protect service availability, and control excessive use of third-party services.

You may use JoySpot only through the interfaces and functionality that the Service Provider makes available for their intended purposes. Unless the Service Provider has given you prior written permission, you must not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, browser automation, or any other automated process to access JoySpot; search for, extract, collect, create, import, or modify data; bypass usage limits or technical controls; or place an unreasonable or disproportionate load on JoySpot or any third-party service used by JoySpot.

The Service Provider may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or access to any part of the service when they reasonably believe that activity is unusual, unauthorized, automated, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, threatens the security or availability of the service, or creates excessive or unexpected use of JoySpot's or its service providers' resources. The Service Provider may take immediate protective action without prior notice when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, secure the service, control excessive usage, or protect users or third parties. When reasonably practicable and legally permitted, the Service Provider will notify the affected user of the reason for the restriction and provide a way to contact them to contest the decision or request reinstatement.

Some Application features, including premium features, may remain subject to temporary limits based on service availability, system capacity, or high demand.

By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process your requests.
